i swear i hope that everything is the right color -_- but painter was so much more fun then i thought it would be!!! omg ;~; so yeah, this was done with painter 9.5, at least colored. Sketched and Inked it by hand 
there's parts i like and parts i don't like about this picture ;_; i loved the wings at first, but then as i went i wanted to do a more stagered wing instead of such a straight technical one =_= but i decided this after i was coloring it so no way! his anatomy is a little off too in places and i really need to work on hair. BUT! the coloring was insanely fun! and i kinda like how that came out, specially the top most feathers! anyway! this is sparrow~ BEHOLD!!!!
he's kinda in a dream like setting, because i wasn't sure if he should have the blind fold on or what have you so this just worked out better to me
this was done for an art contest for 
so ywah! overall, i'm pleased with the way this came out for my first painter drawing especially XDD more will definitely come =_= maybe never to da because i'm so lazy about uploading pictures XD
dur, i forgot to say Sparrow is © Del Borovic XP so there.... i think i might have mispelled her name XDD

i'm glad i entered too though X3 before i got it really started i was afraid i wouldn't be able to come up with anything in time ;; but i did, so hurray! i hope jcon was good for you!
haha, oh, a kinda funny thing, i started by colouring the hair, then the body, then the wings, but by the time i finished the wings i had gotten a little better with it and decided i had to redo the hair, then redid parts of the skin, then redid the larger feathers in front XD i feared a vicious cycle, but it ended with the big feathers, whew X3 anywho! i'll talk to you later! i've been sleeping at insane hours so i dunno when i will and won't be on anymore
